Ingredients

  • In order to get four servings, you will need to have the following products. Make a note:
  • 40 grams of fresh yeast.
  • 350 grams of water.
  • 600 grams of strong flour.
  • Half a spoonful of sugar.
  • 2 small spoonfuls of salt.

Instructions

  1. Once you have gathered all those ingredients in the kitchen, put on your apron and get ready to make the bread dough:
  2. Pour the sugar, salt, and water into the robot's glass. Then set it at speed 2 and temperature 37º for about 2 minutes.
  3. Then add the yeast and get it mixed with all the above for a few seconds.
  4. The next step is to add the flour. Program the Thermomix at speed 6 for about 20 seconds.
  5. After the time mentioned in the previous step, choose to program it again. In this case, at spike speed for about 3 minutes.
  6. The bread dough will be ready. What will be left is to give it the shape you want and let it rest by covering it with a cloth. Why? Because this will ensure that it has the necessary conditions to increase its volume.
  7. Finally, you should put it in the oven for approximately 20-25 minutes.
  8. In this way you will obtain a delicious, handmade bread that is completely in line with your tastes.
