Preparation of chocapics with thermomix chocolate cereals

1. with the dry glass we put the rice and we are going to make rice
2. 1 minute / speed 10
3. add the almonds and cornstarch and program
4. 15 seconds / speed 10
5. We are preheating the oven to 180ºC (up and down)
6. while we continue and add to the rice flour, almonds and cornstarch, cocoa, for which we put 2 tablespoons more or less (to taste of each one), a teaspoon of vanilla, sunflower oil and 120 grams of water and program
7. 20 seconds / speed 5
8. we put the dough in a bowl, and we stretch it with a rolling pin and give it the shape we want for our cereals (see video of Maricel)
9. put it on the oven tray and
10. 15 minutes / 180ºC
11. then we take out and wait for them to cool, we cut them and our chocapics will be ready
12. we can keep them in a glass jar until they are consumed with a good bowl of milk ?
