- 2 frozen coconut yogurts
- 400 grams of frozen evaporated milk in cubes
- 8 slices of pineapple in its juice, frozen 1 at a time (1 medium can)
- 100 grams of sugar
Preparation of creamy coconut and pineapple ice cream with thermomix
- 15 minutes before starting the recipe we will remove the yogurts from the freezer
- 15 minutes after taking them out we will put them in our Thermomix bowl, along with the milk cubes, the pineapple and the sugar and we crush everything, we program
- 1 minute / progressive speed 5-10
- we check that everything has been perfectly shredded, if not, we program again
- 30 seconds / speed 10
- put the ice cream in glasses and serve
