Now that summer comes, making our own ice cream in a healthy and natural way is a joy.
2 frozen coconut yogurt
400 grams of evaporated milk frozen in cubes
8 pineapple slices frozen in their juice 1 in 1 (1 medium can)
100 grams of sugar
Process freezing ingredients: Before starting to make our ice cream we must freeze several of the ingredients as we have been able to see so the day before or a few hours before we will freeze the 2 coconut yogurts in a ice bucket (of those of silicone) we will fill it of evaporated milk, instead of water to make cubes, we will also freeze our 8 slices of pineapple one by one not all together.
15 minutes before starting the recipe, we will remove the yoghurts from the freezer.
After 15 minutes of taking them out we will put them in our Thermomix bowl, together with the milk cubes, the pineapple and the sugar and we crush everything, we program
1 minute / progressive speed 5-10
We check that everything has been perfectly shredded, but otherwise we program again
30 seconds / speed 10
We put the ice cream in glasses and serve.
