Ingredients
350 grams of pork tenderloin
52 grams of cognac
100 grams of onion
350 grams of chicken livers
2 eggs
Parsley, salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add the onion to the glass of the robot and program a
speed 5/5 seconds.
Add the parsley and program at
speed 5/5 seconds.
With the help of a spatula, lower the remains of the walls and add the loin and the already chopped livers. Also add the salt and pepper. Put the robot to work
speed 9/10 seconds.
Add the brandy and eggs. Mix to
speed 5/10 seconds.
Pour the contents of the glass into a mold and press it well so that it fits snugly into the mold. Place the mold in a container with water and then put it in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there at about 160º for about 2 hours.
Let it cool down and wait about two days to be able to serve it.
