a recipe that I have had in the south of Italy this summer and we all loved it were some cold meatballs with tuna and cream cheese, you can eat it as a snack before eating or as a second course

It is a mixture of canned tuna and cream cheese all perfectly chopped with our thermomix

Ingredients of cold meatballs of tuna and cream cheese with thermomix

200g canned tuna, drained
200g of bread
200g Philadelphia cream cheese
parsley to taste
a little salt

to start our recipe we put the canned tuna well drained of oil and the bread in our Thermomix bowl and program
40 seconds / speed 4
Add the cream cheese, parsley and salt and program
40 seconds / speed 4
With the dough we shape the meatballs into small balls and put them in the refrigerator so that they take consistency
after this time they will be ready to eat cold
