Ingredients of cold avocado soup with the Thermomix
In order to prepare four portions of this proposal you need to have the following products:
two avocados large.
30 grams of onion.
500 grams of milk.
The juice of half a lemon.
350 milliliters of water.
30 grams of butter.
150 grams of liquid cream
Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation of cold avocado soup with the Thermomix
When you already have all those ingredients in your kitchen, put on your apron and follow these instructions:
Peel the avocados and cut them into cubes and then, to prevent them from turning brown, pour the lemon juice over them.
Place the onion and butter in the robot glass. Schedule that to speed 1 and temperature 100º for about 3 minutes.
Then you have to add the avocados, salt, water and pepper to the glass. The Thermomix will be programmed to speed 3 until the mixture is perceived to be very fine.
Next, the rest of the ingredients will be added so that everything is mixed well. Thus, the robot must be programmed at speed 1 until it is verified that the soup is perfect.
