Ingredients of Cod with cream with thermomix
300 grams of cod
200 grams of liquid cream
100 grams of extra virgin olive oil
600 grams of potatoes cut into slices
100 grams of water
2 medium onions cut into thin rings
Bechamel sauce:
400 grams of milk
50 grams of butter
60 grams of flour
a teaspoon of oil
Nutmeg to taste
freshly ground pepper
To gratin:
bread to sprinkle
a few teaspoons of butter
200 grams of black olives
Grated cheese for gratin
Preparation of cod with cream with thermomix
Clean the cod, rinse the fish pieces with plenty of water, remove the skin and bones, drain in a colander. Then crumble with your hands and reserve.
In the glass of the thermomix add the olive oil, program.
When there is 1 minute left before the end of the time, add the shredded cod.
Check the point of salt, add the preparation in a source suitable for the oven.
On the other hand, remove the butterfly from the Thermomix bowl blades and add the milk, the flour, the 50 grams of butter, the tablespoon of oil, the nutmeg and the ground pepper, program.

Once the time of this mixture is finished, add the cream and program.

Pour the cream into the baking dish where you have reserved the potatoes, the onion rings and the cod.
Sprinkle the surface with cheese and breadcrumbs, then place some balls or pieces of butter and finally, decorate with the olives.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180° C. It will be ready when you see the light golden color of the surface due to the gratin cheese.
