Ingredients of Chistorra in white wine with Thermomix

1 large piece of chistorra (if they are small 3-4 pieces)
100 grams of white wine.
1 medium sized onion.
50 grams of extra virgin olive oil.
1 bay leaf.
Salt and ground black pepper.
Cilantro or parsley to decorate.
Slices of toasted bread to accompany.

Preparation of Chistorra in white wine with Thermomix

Start by grinding the onion in the Thermomix bowl, program.
10 seconds/ Speed 5
Then, with the help of the spatula, remove the onion remains scattered on the walls of the Thermomix bowl and pour the olive oil, program.
