Parsley cool.
500 grams of anchovies fresh.
4 teeth of Garlic.
1 small tablespoon of salt.
500 grams of vinegar.
100 grams of oil.
1 liter of water.

Preparation of Anchovies in vinegar in the Thermomix

Once with all the ingredients in the kitchen, follow these steps:
The first thing is that you proceed to clean the anchovies. Then you will need to freeze them in a container of water. They must stay like this for at least 48 hours.
After that time, take them out of the freezer and let them defrost.
