Ingredients
100 grams of cooked chickpeas
80 grams of cod crumbs
55 grams of clean spinach
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 garlic
100 grams of vegetable broth
1 dash of lemon juice
Half a tablespoon of paprika and another half of cumin
35 grams of olive oil
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Add about 20 grams of oil to the glass of the robot and program to
spoon speed / 100º / 1 minute.
Then add a sliced garlic and program to
spoon speed / Varoma temperature / 3 minutes.
Remove the garlic and add the cod. Put the robot to work
spoon speed / 100º / 2 minutes.
Reserve the content.
Add the spinach to the glass. Program a
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 2 minutes.
Add the chickpeas, the other garlic, the salt, the pepper, the spices, the 15 grams of oil, the vegetable broth and the lemon juice. Put the Thermomix to work

Then reprogram to
speed 8/30 seconds.
Pour the chickpea cream into the bowls where you are going to serve it and place the spinach on top as well as the crumbs with the garlic.
