Prepare the cuttlefish or squid and cut into pieces and set aside.
Place the onion, pepper and garlic in the thermomix and chop 4 seconds / speed 4.
With the spatula, remove the remains stuck to the sides of the glass, add the oil and fry for 10 minutes / Varoma / spoon speed / without the cap.
Add the white wine, the paprika, the cuttlefish or chopped squid and program 5 minutes / Varoma / left turn / spoon speed without using the cap, to help the alcohol to evaporate.
Add the parsley, chorizo pepper, bay leaf, fish stock, cumin, salt and pepper to the thermomix mixing bowl for 20 minutes / Varoma / spoon speed.
Add the cooked chickpeas and program 6 minutes / 100ºC / left turn / spoon speed.
