BROWNIE
150 grams dark chocolate to melt
100 grams butter (TA)
150 grams brown sugar
2 eggs
Vanilla
80 grams wheat flour
pinch of salt
CHESSECAKE
240 grams cream cheese
60 grams sugar
Vanilla
1 egg
Preparation of Brownie Chessecake with thermomix
BROWNIE
We turn on the oven at 180°, heat up and down
Chocolate in the glass, 2 shots of turbo, then,
5 seconds / speed 9
set aside and reserve
We place butterflies in blades, add the butter (remember that it has to be at room temperature), the eggs, sugar and essence,
5 minutes / 37°, speed 3
Add the flour (previously sifted), the salt and the reserved chocolate,
5 seconds / speed 3
We line the base and sides of our mold (20×20), with baking paper, reserve 2 or 3 tablespoons of the mixture, the rest we pour into the mold.
CHESSECAKE
wash the glass, add the cheese, 30 seconds / speed 3, now the sugar,
30 seconds / speed 3
then the essence and the egg,
30 seconds / speed 3
We pour over our brownie, now, the dough that we had reserved, we put some little sticks and we swirl with the help of a toothpick.
We bake about 25 min. Remove and let cool completely in the mold, then unmold
