4 cod fillets, clean and boneless
olive oil spray
oregano to taste
sweet paprika
Bread crumbs

Preparation of cod loin with air fryer

As soon as you have all the ingredients, put on your apron and follow these steps:
The first thing is that you preheat the fryer to
180º / 5 minutes.
Then spray the loins with the oil.
Once the aforementioned 5 minutes have passed, put the loins in the fryer, and sprinkle the oregano, paprika and, finally, the breadcrumbs on top. Run the fryer at
180º / 12 minutes.
In the previous step, remember that when the first 6 minutes have been completed, you must turn the loins so that they are done well on both sides.
