Eggplant and tuna cake ingredients with Thermomix

To prepare this dish, you must gather the following products in your kitchen:

two eggplants big.
3 cans of tuna little.
1 pepper medium.
1 onion.
1 garlic.
510 grams of crushed tomato.
50 grams of olive oil.
Cheese to gratin.
Salt, pepper and oregano to taste.

Preparation of eggplant and tuna cake with Thermomix

When you have bought all those ingredients, follow these steps:
Peel the onion and garlic and then chop them.
Peel the aubergine and make it into slices to leave it placed in the Varoma container.
Add the garlic and onion to the robot glass and set to
speed 5 / 4 seconds.
Add the oil and program
speed 2 / varoma temperature / 7 minutes.
Add the chopped pepper and tomato. Put the Thermomix to work
speed 4 / 5 seconds.
Then, put the oregano, pepper and salt while you put the Varoma in its position. program to
speed 1 / varoma temperature / 20 minutes.
Remove the Varoma and add the tuna to the glass. program to
speed 1 / 30 seconds.
Then, in a previously greased oven container, place a layer of aubergines and on top another of the contents of the glass and so on until you run out of ingredients. Do not forget to add the gratin cheese at the end.
Then put that container in the oven, already preheated, and keep it for about fifteen or twenty minutes at 200º.
