Ingredients
120 grams of flour
4 eggs
1 small spoonful of cocoa
Half a bag of baking powder
2 tablespoons of instant coffee
110 grams of sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
For the filling:
45 grams of grated chocolate
100 milliliters of sweet coffee
1 small teaspoon of instant coffee
1 tablespoon coffee liqueur
300 grams of liquid cream
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Pour the sugar into the glass and program
speed 8 / 5 seconds.
Then add the eggs and program
speed 3 / 2 minutes.
Dilute the instant coffee in water and add it to the glass along with the cocoa, yeast and flour. mix to
speed 5 / 40 seconds.
In a baking mold, place a baking paper and on this the mixture of the glass. Then put it in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for 11 minutes at 180º.
Let it cool, remove the result from the mold, roll it up and let it cool.
For the filling, add the cream in the glass and program at
speed 4 / 2 minutes.
During the previous step, when it takes a minute and a minute, add the coffee liqueur and instant coffee.
Then add the grated chocolate and mix everything well with a spatula.
Unroll what you had reserved and dip it in sweet coffee. Then pour the filling over it, roll it up again and wrap it with plastic wrap to put it in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve the dessert.
