4. remove the cloves from the Thermomix bowl and add the flour, yeast and wine
5. We program 5 seconds, speed 6.
6. It’s time to knead the mixture for what we programmed
7. 5 minutes, spike speed.
8. The dough must be very oily so it should be very elastic and not sticky.
9. If it is sticky we can add a little flour and return to

11. Make a ball, cover with cling film and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

13. We are going to spread the dough and with a roller (we use a bottle) we spread the dough well on our table and cut the dough into squares of about 6×6 cm

17. It is better not to fill the pan with our pestiños too much to be able to turn them correctly, it will take a little longer but they will be much better
18. When removing them, put them on an absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
