300 grams of flour
3 teaspoons of baking powder
250 grams of sugar

5 eggs
250 grams of sunflower oil

100 grams of apricot jam
1 tablespoon lemon juice

To start preparing this wonderful apple and carrot cake suitable for the Thermomix, wash and remove the peels from the apples and carrots. Remove the seeds from the apples one of them cut them into quarters, as well as cut the carrots into pieces. Cut the rest of the apples into slices.
