Ingredients
500 grams of minced meat
30 grams of breadcrumbs
6 pitted prunes
Olive oil
1 garlic
1 egg
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
15 grams of brandy
For the sauce:
60 grams of Parmesan cheese chopped
Salt and ground pepper
110 grams of liquid cream
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Peel the garlic and add it to the glass with the plums. Program a
speed 7/5 seconds.
Add the salt, pepper, meat, brandy, egg, and breadcrumbs. Program a
speed 4/15 seconds.
Reserve for the dough to rest.
Wash the glass and dry it and then add the cheese. Put the robot to work
speed 10/10 seconds.
Reserve on a plate.
Pour the cream and program at
speed 2 / 90º / 5 minutes.
Then add the reserved cheese, pepper and salt. Program a

With the dough, make the meatballs and place them on a baking tray, previously lined with greaseproof paper. When you have them all, put them in the oven, previously preheated, and keep them there for about 17 minutes at 180º.
