This rice is typically Mexican and although it has seafood it is very different from paella (it has nothing to do with it), a rice with seafood and tomato sauce that is a real delight

we are going to do it with octopus, prawns, clams and monkfish, but we can put another seafood to choose … here we leave you the ingredients and preparation of our rice to the lying

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of rice
  • 100 grams of octopus
  • 100 grams of peeled prawns
  • 100 grams of seafood
  • 100 grams of clams
  • 200 grams of tomato sauce
  • 100 grams of onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 liter of fish stock
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • Salt
  • 70 grams of olive oil

Preparation

  1. We put the onion, garlic and carrot in our Thermomix bowl and chop
  2. 5 seconds / speed 4
  3. Add the tomato sauce and repeat
  4. 5 seconds / speed 4
  5. Add the olive oil and program
  6. 15 minutes / varoma temperature / left turn / spoon speed
  7. Add the paprika and program again
  8. 20 seconds / varoma temperature / left turn / spoon speed
  9. Add the liter of fish stock and salt
  10. 20 minutes / 100ºC / left turn / spoon speed
  11. Add the rice, the octopus, the peeled prawns and the monkfish and clams chosen.
  12. 13 minutes / 100ºC / left turn / spoon speed
  13. our rice to the lying down will be ready
