For the tortos:
80 grams of butter
210 grams of cornmeal
60 grams of hot water
Salt to taste
2 egg whites
For the picadillo:
Salt and dried oregano to taste
260 grams of pork belly chopped
260 grams of lean chopped pork
54 grams of olive oil
3 small garlic
3 tablespoons of sweet paprika
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
The first thing is going to be that you prepare the tortos. To do this, pour all its ingredients into the robot’s glass and program
speed 5/30 seconds.
Then, with the help of a spatula, lower the remains of the walls and reprogram to
speed 5/30 seconds.
With the resulting dough, shape about 12 balls and then shape them into a cake. When you have them, place them on a baking tray, with its corresponding greaseproof paper and place that in the aforementioned oven, previously preheated. Keep them there for about 12 minutes at 180º.
For the mincemeat, you must add the peeled garlic to the Thermomix bowl and program at
speed 5/3 seconds.
Then add the lean and program at
progressive speed 5-10 / 10 seconds.

Then, add the lean reserve as well as the salt, paprika and oregano. Program a
