1000 grams of spider crabs (approximately 2 live spider crabs)
75 grams of cabrales cheese
75 grams of Asturian natural cider
500 grams of water
2 eggs
Preparation
To begin the preparation of this exquisite delicacy, you must have all the ingredients on the work table.
Then, pour the measure of water into the Thermomix bowl and place the basket inside the Thermomix bowl.
Put the eggs in the basket, immediately put the Varoma container in position and put the spider crabs with their legs up. Cover the Varoma and program.

After the cooking time, carefully remove the Varoma container and allow the spider crabs to cool.
Similarly, remove the basket and let the eggs cool.
To continue, open the shells and legs of the spider crabs with the help of tweezers or knives.
Remove all the meat from the legs and the contents of the shells, taking care to separate the hard parts well.
Pour all the meat into a bowl and reserve.
Again, in the glass of the thermomix, clean and dry, place the cabrales cheese, chopped into pieces, program.
