Ingredients of Fabes with spider crab with thermomix
- 1 pot of cooked beans.
- 1/2 cup of oil.
- a bay leaf.
- 1/2 glass of white wine.
- 1 crab.
- an onion.
- 1 clove garlic.
- 1/2 green pepper.
- a teaspoon of paprika.
- 1 pinch of saffron.
Preparation of Fabes with spider crab with thermomix
- We start with the crab
- Let’s start by putting a pot on the fire with enough water and salt
- When we see that the water begins to boil, we introduce the spider crab, wait for it to boil again and wait 10 minutes, then remove the spider crab and let it cool
- once it is tempered we break the legs and remove the meat, we put it on a plate.
- We open the spider crab. We extract all the meat content (pasty content inside the spider crab) and mix it with the leg meat.
Let’s go with the beans:
- Strain the water where we have boiled the spider crab and reserve it cold.
- We put the garlic, onion and pepper in our Thermomix bowl, giving the turbo 3 times.
- Then add the oil and fry
- 5 minutes, varoma, speed 1.
- Add the saffron and paprika to the still hot oil and wait 5 seconds.
- Add the wine and cook
- 3 minutes, varoma, speed 2.
- Incorporate the beans, the spider crab meat, the bay leaf and cover with the reserved cooking water. Schedule
- 15 minutes, varoma, speed 1.
- Rectify the salt, let stand for about 10 minutes, remove the bay leaf and serve hot.
