Potato casserole ingredients with salmon and avocado with air fryer -Airfryer
- 🧈 1 tablespoon of butter (to grease the mold)
- 🥔 500 g of beetle potatoes (of which they do not get rid of)
- 🧄 2 garlic cloves
- 🌿 3 twigs of fresh thyme
- 🐟 200 g of salmon fillet
- 🧂 salt and pepper to taste
- 🥑 2 mature but firm avocados
- 🥛 250 ml of milk cream (it can be light if you go from Healthy)
- 🧀 200 g of grated cheese (if it is mountain, better: flavor and gratin Top)

- Preheat your air fryer at 180 ° C. If yours has no option for temperature, put it in baked mode and cross your fingers. A source suitable for Airfryer with butter (can be ceramic, silicone or aluminum, whenever between good).
- Peel the potatoes and cut them in fine slices, as if you were a gratin. The ideal thickness is about 3 mm: neither transparent nor chubby.
- Finely chop the garlic cloves. Remove the shine leaves from the twigs and reserve them.
- Cut the salmon into small dice and splashed generously. This will make each bite have its punch.
- Part the avocados in half, remove the bone and make medium dice. Try not to handle them much so that they don’t get rid of later.
- In a bowl, mix the cream with 100 g of grated cheese, chopped garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. This mixture will be the sauce that unites everything.
- Assemble the casserole by layers: one of potato, one of salmon, one of avocado … and so on to fill the container. Pour the cream over and finish with the remaining cheese.
- Take the source to the Airfryer and cook for 40-45 minutes, controlling that the cheese is gratin but does not carbonize. The potatoes must be tender when clicking them with a knife.
- Take out, let stand 5 minutes (yes, this is important for flavors to settle) and serve directly. You can decorate with a little more fresh thyme or salt scales.

- If you do not find mountain cheese, use one that founds well and has a character: a good emmental, Gruyère or even semi -curated manchego can go wonderfully.
- Veggie? Change the salmon for smoked tofu or Portobello mushrooms and you will have a delicious and fishless version.
- You can prepare the mixture the previous day and set it up just before cooking. The rest will make garlic and thyme integrate even more in the cream.
