Chicken Fajitas Ingredients in Air Fryer – airfryer

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into ¼” slices
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into ¼” slices
  • 1 green pepper, cut into ¼” slices
  • ½ yellow onion, cut into ¼” slices
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper

Garnish:

  • Tortillas
  • Sour cream

Preparation of Chicken Fajitas in Air Fryer – airfryer

  1. In a small bowl, add the spices and mix with a fork to make the seasoning for the fajitas.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, onion and bell pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and mix well. Add the seasoning and stir again until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken, onion and bell pepper in the basket of the deep fryer.
  4. Cook at 180ºC for 16 to 20 minutes, until all the chicken pieces are cooked through. Remove the basket and stir halfway through the cooking time, about 9 minutes.
  5. Serve the fajitas in tortillas and garnish with sour cream, chopped cilantro and guacamole.
