Ingredients of watermelon popsicles with thermomix

800 grams of watermelon
60 grams of sugar
40 grams of lemon juice
1 strip of lemon peel
1 pinch of salt

Optional for older

10 – 20 grams of vodka (optional only for seniors)

to start we will put the lemon skin with the sugar and we are going to pulverize everything as if it were icing sugar
