500–600 grams ofwatermelonseedless and shelled.
150 grams of sugar.
600 grams of ice.
1 lemon.

Preparation of Watermelon Granita with the Thermomix

When you already have all those ingredients in the kitchen,it is time to follow these steps:
Peel the lemon.
Add the sugar to the robot glass and set it toprogressive speed 5-7-9for about 10 seconds.Then pour the content on a plate and reserve it.
Next,pour the watermelon and lemon into the mentioned glass.Program the Thermomix at the same speed as in the previous step but for 40 seconds.
Add the sugar and program again tospeed 5for about 10 seconds.
Finally,add the cubes to the glass and programspeed 5-10until the cubes are well crushed.
