- 20g lemon juice
- 75g parsley leaves
- 45 g stems and roots of coriander leaves – well washed.
- 1 red onion
- 3 teeth
- peel of garlic from one lemon
- 10g cumin seeds
- 10g ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon chili
- 5 g sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
