8 squid
Salt, black pepper and coloring to taste
350 grams of water
1 onion
2 garlic
80 grams of white wine
A splash of olive oil

2 cans of tuna

Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Clean the squid, leaving aside what their legs are.
Add the legs, tuna and garlic, as well as the salt, to the glass of the robot. Program a
speed 6/5 seconds.
Then fill the squid with the contents of the glass. So that the filling does not come out, use toothpicks.
Next, put the squid in the basket and reserve.
To the Thermomix bowl, add the onion and garlic. Program a
speed 5/5 seconds.
Add the oil and put the robot to work
