The best thing is that there are multiple ways to make them for each of the pizza lovers.

Thermomix Barbecue Pizza Ingredients
Dough:
600 grams of strong flour.
15 grams of fresh baker’s yeast.
75 grams of olive oil.
75 grams of precooked corn flour.
350 grams of warm water.
2 small teaspoons of salt.
a pinch of oregano
A pinch of wheat semolina
Surface:
200 grams of sliced mozzarella cheese.
4 sausages cut into pieces.
2 slices of bacon.
Barbecue sauce.
Fried tomato.
Preparation of thermomix barbecue pizza
We start, obviously a few hours before the pizza is scheduled to be served, with the preparation of the dough.
Pour into the glass of the thermomix, the measure of water and oil, program.

Then add the yeast and program.
5 seconds / Speed 3
Next add the flours, strong and precooked, the salt and the pinch of oregano, program.
4 minutes / spike speed
Pour the dough into a container, cover with some very clean kitchen rags and leave this dough to ferment at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours.
Being fermented the dough will double its volume. When this happens you can start assembling your pizza.
Sprinkle corn grits on the surface where you will work, with the help of a rolling pin stretch the dough, giving the shape and thickness you want.
Preheat the oven to 200º C.
Place the dough on a previously greased baking tray, bake the dough for 5 – 10 minutes, without browning the dough, it will only be precooked.
Then remove from the oven (without turning it off), let stand a couple of minutes.
Now to assemble the pizza. Pour the fried tomato over the entire extension, surface or base of the pizza, also add the slices of mozzarella cheese, bacon and the sausages cut into pieces.
Lastly, pour the barbecue sauce all over the pizza. Bake at 180º for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts and the dough turns a golden color.
