
SWEET EASTER BRAIDS with thermomix
We sift the flour and salt (10 sec, V-8), set aside and set aside.
We dilute the yeast in the warm milk and stir.
In the glass we put the egg, yolk, sugar, honey, zest, oil, anise and the milk with yeast (5 sec, V-4). We add the flour (10 sec, V-4).
Rest for 20 minutes so that the flour particles are hydrated.
We knead 3 times for 2 minutes with a 5-minute rest between each one.
Transfer to a greased bowl, cover and let rise until double in size (about 2 and a half hours).
We degas by kneading by hand for a minute to remove the air.
We divide into 36 portions. We bowl, cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
We make 14/18 cm curlers. We form a braid with every 3 curlers, roll it up and put it in greased molds.
We let it rest for 40 min. We brush with egg, we put sugar with anise and a cherry in the center.
We bake at 170° (up and down heat) for about 25 min. Cool on rack. Enjoy!
