This recipe has been sent by our friend Luz María Lagoa Vives. Hello comrades. I couldn’t wait to use the Christmas gift mold for the first time, and with the help of the house’s waiter, who has already made a whole kitchen, I prepared the weekly cake in it.

Ingredients of Chocolate nougat cake with thermomix

  • 210 gr chocolate nougat
  • 5 eggs
  • 230 gr sugar
  • 2 plain unsweetened Greek yogurts
  • 140 ml sunflower oil
  • 310 gr flour
  • 35 g pure cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 on chemical yeast (Royal type)

Preparation of chocolate nougat cake with thermomix

  1. We start by sifting the dry ingredients (flour, yeast, cocoa and salt),
  2. 20 seconds / speed 8
  3. Set aside and reserve
  4. Now we pulverize the nougat, place it in the glass in pieces,
  5. 12 seconds / speed 6

  7. We place the butterfly on blades and add the eggs and sugar,

  14. We grease the mold and pour the dough.
  15. We tap lightly against the table to remove any air bubbles.
  16. Oven previously preheated to 180°, heat up and down. Bake for about 40/45 minutes / after checking the toothpick, it comes out clean
  17. We turn off and remove to cool on a rack.
  18. When 20 minutes have passed / we unmold and finish cooling on a rack.
  19. ONLY LEFT TO ENJOY, GOOD PROFIT
