Ingredients
1 kilo of chopped cabbage, if possible in julienne
160 grams of chopped onion
400 grams of crushed tomato
250 grams of minced meat
200 grams of chopped bacon
250 grams of mozzarella
150 grams of cream
Salt, pepper, basil and oregano to taste
160 grams of cheese to gratin
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Put the onion in the glass and program
speed 4 / 4 seconds.
Next, add the oil and program at
speed 1 / varoma temperature / 10 minutes.
The next step will be to pour the bacon and the meat to program
speed / varoma temperature / 10 minutes.
Pour the cabbage into the Varoma and place it in the robot.
In the glass, add the spices as well as the tomato to start the Thermomix at
speed 1 / varoma temperature / 30 minutes.
On an oven source, place the cabbage as a base and on that the sauce. Then the meat will go on top and then the mozzarella, cream and cheese in this order.
