Preparation of Churros in Air Fryer

1. Put the water in a cup and add a pinch of salt.
2. we put it in a saucepan and wait for it to boil
3. When the water is boiling, add the flour little by little
4. and stir constantly with a wooden spoon, without letting lumps form
5. When we see that the dough no longer sticks to us in the pan, we turn off the heat.
6. we preheat our air fryer
7. 5 minutes / 180ºC
8. while we put the dough in a churreara and make strips in the form of churros or to our liking and put them in the basket of the air fryer and
9. we program for 15 minutes
10. then we turn the churros and
11. we schedule another 15 minutes
12. we take out the churros, we can put a little sugar on top and ready to eat
