650 grams of potatoes
500 grams of water
300 grams of bacon in pieces
10 grams of olive oil
1 bay leaf
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sweet or hot paprika

Add the garlic cloves to the Thermomix bowl,program.

With the help of the spatula lower the remains of crushed garlic from the walls of the Thermomix bowl towards the leaves,then add the olive oil,program.

On the other hand,heat a frying pan and place the pieces of bacon until they are well toasted(it is not necessary to add oil since the bacon will release its fat),do not discard this oil since we will use it for the preparation.
In that same pan,after removing it from the heat,use 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil that comes off the bacon,add the paprika,mix and reserve.
Then,add the potatoes back to the Thermomix bowl,add the pieces of bacon(reserve a few pieces just to decorate)and the oil mixed with paprika,program.
