Ingredients
1 kilo of cauliflower in florets
230 grams of gulas
700 grams of water
110 grams of onion
200 grams of pepper
Salt to taste
102 grams of olive oil
Chopped fresh parsley
32 grams of wine vinegar
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Put the cauliflower in the Varoma and this in the robot. Also, pour the water into the glass. Program a
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 40 minutes.
Remove the Varoma and reserve the cauliflower.
Pour the water out of the glass.
Except for the eels and cauliflower, add the other ingredients to the glass and program to
speed 5/3 seconds.
In a bowl, pour the gulas and the contents of the glass. Mix everything well and then, to serve, pour that mixture over the cauliflower.
