500 grams of oil for frying

Preparation
to make our bread
To start making our bread, we will put the water and milk with the salt and sugar in the Thermomix bowl, add the yeast and program

Add the flour and knead

We take out the dough and make a ball and put a little flour on top to handle it better and that it does not bite us and then let it rest covered with a bowl
