Ingredients

To make this recipe and get four servings, you need to have the following
products in the kitchen:
Between 400 and 500 grams of fresh spinach.
80 grams of raisins. 5
5 grams of toasted pine nuts.
Salt.
85 grams of olive oil.

Instructions

Now, with all the products gathered in the kitchen, put on your apron and follow
these instructions:
Put the grapes in a bowl of water and keep them there to hydrate.
After a few minutes remove them.
Pour both the raisins and the olive oil into the robot glass.
Program at spoon speed and temperature 100º for about 4 minutes.
Then add the salt and spinach.
Re-program the Thermomix, in this case at spoon speed, left turn and varoma
temperature for about a minute and a half.
If you see that the spinach is not fully cooked, reprogram with the same
parameters.
Finally, drain the contents of the glass and proceed to plating adding pine nuts
on top. Of course, if you don't like pine nuts, you can always substitute them
for nuts, for example.
