In order to prepare this dish, you need to gather the following products in the kitchen that will allow you to obtain about four portions:
300 grams of peppers.
40 grams of chopped onion.
600 grams of water.
100 millilitres of cream.
30 grams of olive oil.
Salt to the taste.
Once you have managed to gather all those ingredients, put on your apron and follow these instructions:
Peel the garlic and cut it into pieces.
Clean the peppers thoroughly and also proceed to cut them into pieces.
Add the onion, garlic and oil to the glass of the robot. Program it at speed 1 and temperature 120º for about 3 minutes.
Add the peppers to the glass and reprogram the Thermomix at the same speed and temperature as in the previous step but for 5 minutes. Add the water and the amount of vegetable stock you consider appropriate. Program at speed 1 and temperature 100º for 15 minutes. Finally, add the cream and salt to program at progressive speed for 1 minute. That's it. Now you will have your bell pepper cream ready, which you will surely love at home.
