500 grams of pastry flour
250 grams of water
2 teaspoons of anise grain
40 grams of olive oil
20 grams of fresh yeast
½ teaspoon of salt

Preparation of Sopaipillas with thermomix
To begin the preparation of this great Sopaipillas recipe with thermomix, pour the water together with the aniseed grain into the thermomix glass and program.
5 minutes / Temperature 50° / Spoon speed.
Once the infusion of water and anise seeds is ready, pour it into a bowl and reserve.
Back in the thermomix glass, add the flour, salt as well as the yeast and program.
3 minutes / Spike speed.
