Ingredients

1 ½ liter of milk
200 grams of Bomba rice
400 grams of condensed milk
the skin of a lemon
1 stick of cinnamon
a little bit of salt

Preparation

To start our recipe we place the butterfly on the blades of our thermomix and put the milk, the rice, the lemon peel, the cinnamon stick and the salt and program
40 minutes / 90ºC / speed 1
We add the condensed milk and program
2 minutes / 90ºC / speed 1
We remove the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick carefully
We put all the content in a bowl or container and let it cool. once cold we can put it in the refrigerator
