Seafood Salpicón ingredients with the thermomix

200 grams of cooked and peeled prawns
300 grams of monkfish or the white fish that you like the most
150 grams of cooked octopus leg

if we go to the quick and cheap recipe

450 grams of crab sticks

for both recipes:

175 grams of red pepper
175 grams of green pepper
100 grams of yellow pepper (mainly to decorate the dish more, we can do without if we want)
200 grams of onion
2 hard boiled eggs

For the vinaigrette:

80 grams of extra virgin olive oil
40gr of vinegar
Salt to taste
