Scallop and Manchego cheese soufflé ingredients with thermomix
1 egg
2 clean coral scallops
25 grams of grated semi-cured Manchego cheese
110 grams of milk
20 grams of flour
50 grams of butter
60 grams of leek (only the white part)
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation of scallop and Manchego cheese soufflé with thermomix
The preparation of this exquisite recipe, although it may not seem like it, is very simple, for this the first thing is to preheat the oven to 210°C.
Subsequently, pour 40 grams of butter and the white part of the leek cut into slices into the Thermomix bowl and program.

With the help of a spoon or spatula, lower the remains of butter and leek that have adhered to the walls and lids of the thermomix container towards the blades. And immediately, program.
10 minutes / Temperature 120° / Speed 1.
While the leek is frying, prepare a couple of ceramic soufflé molds of Ø 8 cm approximately each.

Remove the mixture from the Thermomix bowl and reserve for a few minutes.

Pour into the prepared ceramic molds and bake for 15 minutes at 210°C.
