Are you ready? Well, let’s start by buying all the ingredients you need to have in the kitchen for its preparation that will allow you to get four portions:
Salmon with Pistachio Crunch in the Thermomix
Ingredients
- 4 generous salmon fillets.
- 170 grams of pistachios.
- A little bit of lemon juice.
- Olive oil.
- 35 grams, approximately, of breadcrumbs.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- 2-3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
Instructions
- Once you have the ingredients ready, start following the steps of the recipe: To prepare the pistachio crust, you need to place the 170 grams of this nut, without the shell of course, in the glass of your Thermomix. Then you will have to activate this robot at a speed of 10 for about 4 seconds. Then add the olive oil, a little bit of it, and the breadcrumbs to the mixture. Put it at speed 7 for about three seconds so that the mixture can be perfectly combined. Then, the result proceeds to reserve it. On the other hand, mix in a small bowl what is the lemon juice with the mustard until you get a thick paste. What to do next? Start preheating the oven, at a temperature of 180º C. While it is heating up, place the four salmon fillets on a tray and pour over them the mentioned paste and then do the same with the crunchy pistachio that you have made in the Thermomix. The last step is to put the tray with the fish on it and keep it inside for about twenty minutes.
