📝 Ingredients for 6–8 muffins

For the muffins

  • 🥄 200 g wheat flour

  • 🍬 130 g granulated sugar

  • 🍫 50 g unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 🥚 2 large eggs

  • 🧈 100 g melted butter

  • 🥛 100 ml of milk

  • 🧂 8 g chemical yeast (baking powder)

For the filling and ganache

  • 🍑 Apricot jam (as necessary)

  • 🍫 120 g dark chocolate

  • 🥛 50 ml of whipping cream (heavy cream)


👩‍🍳 Step by step preparation

1️⃣ Prepare the dough

  1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder.

  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and melted butter.

  3. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until you obtain a homogeneous dough without lumps.

2️⃣ Bake in the air fryer

  1. Line muffin molds with paper cases and fill them 2/3 full.

  2. Preheat the air fryer at 160 °C for 3 minutes.
