Ingredients
150 grams of round grain rice
6 crayfish
400 grams of fish broth
40 grams of canned crushed tomatoes
½ onion
1 clove garlic
50 grams of olive oil
1 teaspoon of hot paprika
½ teaspoon of salt
Finely chopped fresh parsley to taste
Preparation
We start by pouring the garlic, the onion cut into pieces and the crushed tomatoes into the Thermomix bowl, program.
10 seconds / speed 4.
Then, with the help of the spatula, lower the remains that have adhered to the walls of the Thermomix bowl, add a little olive oil and program.
3 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed 1.
Once the sauce is ready, add the round grain rice together with the river crabs, program.
4 minutes / Varoma temperature / Reverse rotation / Spoon speed.
