Pesto sauce with thermomix
Take basil, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan or Grana Padano cheese and virgin oil.
NOTE: it is a sauce that can be kept for a long time in our fridge in a tightly
closed jar.

- 25 g parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 g pine nuts
- 100 g basil leaves
- Salt to taste
- 250 g extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- We make the cheese into pieces in our thermox glass and grate the Turbo button 5
- times and then programming 15 seconds at speed 8
- Once the cheese is grated, add the garlic, pine nuts, basil and salt to the
- glass. We program: 15 seconds at the same speed 8.
- We open the glass and with the spatula we lower the remains stuck to the walls

- We see if everything is well crushed and we put speed 5 and we are adding
- through the mouth of the thermomix the virgin olive oil, myt little by little,
- just as if we were making mayonnaise.
- We can modify the thickness of the sauce, adding water if we like more liquid
- and mixing.
- Rectify the salt point if necessary and our pesto sauce is ready
