Today we have a dish that makes you hungry just by looking at it. It is a very typical Italian dish and it is a Parmesan risotto.

an authentic delight that thanks to our Thermomix we will make in a very short time and very easily.

To start our recipe we are going to chop the Parmesan cheese which we will put the 50 G in our Thermomix bowl and we will program
15 seconds / speed 10
and reserve the Parmesan cheese in a bowl
we put the 50 G of onion in our Thermomix bowl and chop it
3 seconds / speed 7
with the spatula we lower the remains that may have been stuck on the sides of the glass and then add the virgin olive oil and program
4 minutes / 100 °C / speed 1
We put the rice and toast it a little for it we program
3 minutes / 100 °C / reverse rotation / speed 1
add the wine and program
3 minutes / 100 °C / reverse rotation / speed 1 (without measuring cup)
we add the water and two teaspoons of the meat pill we program
