Ingredients
600 grams of bread flour
1 envelope of yeast for bread
350 milliliters of milk
1 spoon of sugar
A little bit of salt
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add the milk, sugar and yeast to the glass. Program a
speed 2 / 37º / 2 minutes.
Then add the salt and half the flour. Program a
speed 6/30 seconds.
Later, pour in the other half of the flour and run the robot at
spike speed / 4 minutes.
With the content of the glass, shape the loaf of bread and make some cuts that will be the slices that it will have. Place it on a baking sheet lined with paper for that appliance, cover it with a kitchen towel and let it rest for around 1 hour.
Put the bread in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there at 200º for 20 minutes.
