Ingredients
1 Pomfret cut into fillets

100 grams of white wine
3 garlic cloves

Preparation
To begin the preparation of this rich dish of Palometa or cobbler in sauce with thermomix, first place in the Thermomix bowl 2 cloves of garlic, 1 sprig of parsley and ½ teaspoon of salt and program.
